Our system is perfect for facilities that require meticulous traffic control. The system is used in places such as offices, workplaces and public buildings. Well-thought-out design and flexible software allow convenient integration with existing access control systems (e.g. IDO ACS). The digital output system allows you to control a turnstile, electronic door lock or entrance barrier, and if a threat is detected, it activates an alarm or notification system.
Advanced Face Recognition
The device matches the image from the camera to the user’s profile based on a set of database entries. Only part of the exposed face is needed for proper detection, so the equipment works perfectly for people wearing glasses, a helmet or a protective mask.
Additionally, the system:
- Detects the absence of a protective mask
- Provides an audio reminder to cover the nose and mouth using a speech synthesizer
- Enhances facility safety and hygiene
Temperature measurement
The most efficient way to obtain satisfactory accuracy and repeatability, while maintaining a reasonable price of the device, was to use a ready-made IR radiation detection module. Integration with a microcontroller makes the device enable non-contact and fully automatic measurement of human body temperature. Since fever is the first symptom of many diseases, measuring body temperature is one of the simplest and most effective ways to determine whether a person is healthy. The facial recognition function and additional algorithms analyzing the captured image allow you to ignore other heat sources and prevent false threat readings.
Technology
The central unit of the device is the Hi3516C V500 SoC system, based on a dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor. The system is designed for intelligent image processing from industrial IP cameras with Full HD 1080p resolution. Additionally, it allows convenient control of the two-way audio system thanks to support for G.711, G.726 and APCM codecs. As an optical converter, we used a reliable Sony IMX327 sensor with the highest sensitivity in its price class (also in low light).

Mechanics and comfort
The system is equipped with a tripod mounting system and separate mounting holes for placing the camera on the wall. The whole thing is enclosed in an elegant and durable housing with IP67 tightness class, which allows proper operation also outside the protected building, e.g. in dusty or humid conditions. The WiFi wireless communication module allows you to conveniently install the device anywhere, without the need to provide access to appropriate network cabling. The well-thought-out design includes numerous service facilities so that in the event of a failure, any repair or replacement of components will be carried out efficiently. It can be carried out by the user based on the service manual or external remote assistance.
